20℃でmold(hypha)⇔37℃(体温)でyeast(bud)に変化する。
coccidioides (in California)だけspherule球体(not yeast)in tissue.

②日和見感染シリーズ
それぞれ特徴的
(a) 20℃でbudding yeast with "Pseudo hyphae"
(b) Septate hyphae. 枝の角度は"45°"
(c) budding. "encapselated"
(d) nonseptate hyphae. 枝の角度は"90°〜wide"
